BD Executive

Ambition is working with a leading international law firm on their search for BD Executive for 12 months maternity cover. This role reports into an impressive senior manager overseeing the energy sector and you will be responsible to provide marketing, BD and project leadership for this very interesting group.

Responsibilities will include:

• Working with the proposals team on new proposal opportunities and being instrumental in delivering a first good working document for the partners and helping to take these over the finishing line
• Coordinating the weekly newsletter, social media reports and working with their internal communications team to boost the team's profile and communicate key information to the wider firm
• Liaising with Client Intelligence and the Business Insight Team to produce financial reports, analysis and research on clients, prospective clients, and organisations
• Acting as a brand ambassador, producing documents in PowerPoint and Word that adhere to the firm's brand and design guidelines
• Working with other business development colleagues on cross-group pitch opportunities and panel reviews

In order to be successful in this role, you will have:

• 12-18 months experience in a marketing/BD role, ideally within professional services environment.
• Willingness to learn and actively promote the use of the Firm's CRM system and other key pieces of marketing technology
• Good commercial understanding of the business world.
