Assistant Director - Restructuring - London

The market is continuing to open up as we progress through the year. Ambition have recently been assigned on an engagement with one of their Big 4 clients who are looking for an Assistant Director to join their London Restructuring team.

The plan is to re-establish their previous growth plans and one of the levels which needs bolstering is at the Assistant Director grade - focusing on restructuring and insolvency projects. With the pipeline of work in place, this would be a good time to get involved.

As a Restructuring Assistant Director, you'll be working with a range of high profile clients/stakeholders on a variety of projects including Corporate insolvencies, trading administrations, cash flow forecasting, options, contingency planning and more. Whilst there is a variety of work, someone who comes from a more corporate insolvency background would be well suited to this role.

To be considered for this role, you need to have proven experience within restructuring and be at least an experienced Manager or have recently been promoted to Senior Manager/Assistant Director and maybe you're looking for a change. JIEB is desirable but not essential - however, you do need to be a qualified accountant.
