Advisory Assistant Manager / Manager

An opportunity with a renowned, respected consultancy in Central London to join a dedicated Advisory team.

This global firm are looking for a restructuring professional who would like to join their small advisory team in Central London.

As an advisory professional in this team, your focus would be solely on non-formal assignments:-

- Independent Business Reviews ("IBRs")

- Cash flow work

- Stakeholder management

- Modelling

- Accelerated / Distressed M&A

- Options / Pre-lend reviews

Your day - to - day duties will include the above but not limited to that.

This role suits any professional who wants to continue their career focusing on solely advisory work.

To be considered for this role, you need to have proven restructuring / advisory experience; at least 3 years. Demonstrable examples of IBR work. You will also need to be a qualified accountant.
