A new administrator opportunity working in the fast-paced, busy financial services team!

My client is looking for a proactive individual, with strong administration experience, who can manage a busy workload efficiently!

Administrator Responsibilities:

  • Act 1st point of call for all enquiries
  • Process the teams expense claims
  • Organise travel arrangements and hotel bookings
  • Support billing process
  • Manage holiday absences
  • Assist with recruitment and onboarding process such as organising inductions and preparing paperwork

Administrator Job Requirements:

  • At least 2 years office experience with PA or admin level responsibilities in accountancy or legal
  • Professional and confident
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
