Tax Administration Assistant Responsibilities:

  • Act as the first point of call for all general enquiries
  • Maintain a Tax Return progress spreadsheet
  • Record invoices and support the billing process
  • Organise meetings
  • Prepare engagement letters, letters to clients and other Tax Return documents
  • Gather information to process new client forms
  • Arrange seminars and training courses for the Tax Division
  • Distribute post
  • Maintain a client register detailing HMRC enquires, investigations and closure notice

Tax Administration Assistant Requirements:

  • One to two years' experience as an administrator in professional services
  • Keen attitude to learn
  • Proactive and hardworking approach
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
  • GCSE pass results in Maths and English
