Administrative Assistant

£20-22,000 plus benefits

Primary duties:

  • Booking couriers and taxis and logging details for the finance department
  • Assisting with the creation of court bundles and other legal documents
  • Formatting of documents and archiving
  • Bulk document copying, printing, scanning, downloading documents from data sites, filing and ensuring paper is available for all printers
  • Daily collection and destruction of shredding for the legal team
  • Occasional cover of reception and answering and dealing with switchboard calls
  • Assisting with the billing process through scanning of bundles and returning to the finance team. Printing of billing guides and WIP list
  • Internal and external post - franking, delivering, collecting and distributing
  • Collecting deliveries from loading bay
  • Events support and administration, to include creating name badges, updating attendee lists in CRM platform and setting up meeting rooms, including moving tables and chairs
  • Keeping stationery room and kitchen clean and tidy at all times
  • Other ad hoc duties, as required
