The Working Capital Manager will be responsible with matter profitability, and to optimise the speed of collection and revenue. As the Working Capital Manager some of your responsibilities include:

• Managing Billing, WIP and debt
• Supervise and support a team or working capital controllers
• Support with recruiting new team members
• Be part of the working capital management process
• Business partnering, pricing support and commercial awareness

To be successful in this Working Capital Manager position, some of the requirements include:

• Experience within a Law Firm or professional services setting
• Great communicator and the ability to effectively manage a team
• Proactive and work well under pressure
• Excellent analytical skills and commercial awareness
