VP - TMT M&A

We are pleased to be working with a M&A boutique with a focus on selling mid-market, PE/VC-backed tech businesses. Having recently added another senior head, the team is now looking for another VP in London or Thames Valley.

The partner-led team is known in particular for its expertise within the technology sector as well as their M&A experience. A high proportion of their work comes from referrals, repeat business and increasingly from the other parties involved in a transaction which demonstrates their value.

They are experiencing continued growth and with a busy pipeline the need for a VP has become integral to their ambitious plans.

Day to day you will be working alongside a partner on buyside/sellside transactions and fundraising. You will be leading the successful execution of business plans and client presentations, information memoranda, financial modelling and company and industry analysis.

You will have had experience of working on buysde/sellside transactions as well as fundraising and will likely be looking to take the next step up in your career from a Senior Manager within professional services or a Senior Associate/VP within a boutique. Alternatively, you may be looking to take a step sideways into a busy, fast-paced team with opportunities for progression.

Experience within the TMT sector would be helpful and you will have a strong reputation for your ability to lead and execute transactions. The ideal person will see themselves as entrepreurial and will want to work in a similar environment.
