US UK Entrepreneurial & Business Tax SM/Director

We are currently recruiting for a US UK Tax Senior Manager/Director with a focus on Entrepreneurial & Business clients. You will be part of a strong performing yet growing business that invests heavily into their staff.

Key responsibilities:-

• Cultivate and maintain advisory relationships with a diverse client base, adapting to various needs and demands.
• Enhance the firm's standing by collaborating with legal and financial advisors to support high-net-worth individuals.
• Engage with existing clients to evaluate and improve service delivery, ensuring client confidence and satisfaction.
• Oversee a team of Senior Managers and Managers, ensuring all tax engagements are conducted efficiently and effectively.
• Work alongside the Partner to assess team capabilities and strategize on talent acquisition to meet business needs.

Requirements:-

• Possess recognised tax qualifications such as CTA or ATT, and Enrolled Agent status.
• Bring a decade or more of experience in US/UK tax, with a proven track record at the Director level or the capability to assume the role immediately.
• Demonstrate extensive knowledge in US tax form authorisation, immigration tax planning, and the application of the UK/US tax treaty.
• Possess an advanced understanding of foreign tax credits, CFC rules, Subpart F income, GILTI, and related tax election strategies.
