UK & International Business Development Manager

We are working with a leading law firm to recruit a UK & International Business Development Manager for their Disputes & Investigations team on a 12-month fixed term contract. As the Internatinal BD Manager, you will be responsible for managing the BD activities for the disputes and investigations group, working closeley with partners to develop and implement stratefic plans within an international remit.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead cross-border BD initiatives and international campaigns.
• Oversee key account management and identify new business opportunities.
• Guide partners on bids, proposals, and pricing strategies.
• Drive marketing and communications plans, including digital media and events.
• Coach and develop team members and associates.

Required skills and Experience:

• Proven BD experience at manager level within professional services.
• Strong strategic, organisational, and project management skills.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
• Proactive and results-driven with a hands-on approach.
• Experience in managing international BD initiatives is desirable.
