Transaction Services Senior Manager

We are delighted to be partnering with a top advisory firm to source a Transaction Services Senior Manager to join their Corporate Finance team. This London based practice is searching for an ambitious individual to structure and lead the growth of the Corporate Finance team, and to manage a strong pipeline of projects

This well-established London based practice prides themselves on having an excellent development pathway, with significant support being dedicated to encouraging career growth and evolution. This role is ideally suited to an experienced manager who has previous experience transaction advisory services, and who has experience across a range of sectors.

Requirements:

• ACA/ACCA qualified (or equivalent)
• Significant exposure to transaction deal advisory or deal environments
• Minimum 3 years financial due diligence, transaction services experience within the mid-market space
• Clear understanding of financial models and their context
• Experience in team development and mentoring
