Transaction Services Manager

We are working with one of the fastest growing advisory firms who are actively in need of Transaction Services Managers to join their vastly expanding team in Birmingham. The reason for the surge of recruitment needs for Transaction Services Managers is purely down to growth due to the large volume of transactions completed in 2020 and the start of 2021, as well as the rising amount of pipeline for the rest of the year and beyond.

As a Corporate Finance Transaction Services Manager you will be responsible for leading and running buy-side and sell-side due diligence projects across a number of sectors within the mid-market space. The team are known for not only completing a high volume of deals, but also extremely impressive, complex and well-known deals across the West Midlands.

Expertise required include:

• ACA / ACCA qualified
• A minimum of 2/3 years post-qualified transaction services / financial due diligence experience
• Experience working in a big 4 or top 10 accounting firm
• Managerial experience is required although the firm are happy to speak with experienced Assistant Managers who are able to jump up into a Manager position
