Temporary Proposals Executive

Ambition is seeking a Temporary Proposals Executive on behalf of an international law firm. The successful candidate would be predominantly working on an exciting, high-profile project to introduce proposal automation software to the firm. This will involve working with the Proposals Manager, the wider Business Development team, and subject matter experts across the firm to revamp the existing proposals library ready for upload onto the new system.

As a Temporary Proposals Executive, you will be involved in several exciting projects including:

• Experience collation from the directory and pitch submissions ready for upload onto the new system.
• Collating, editing and re-writing partner bios.
• Other ad-hoc duties relating to general firm information and practice area content for upload onto the new system.
• Supporting the Proposals Manager with large, procurement-led panel pitch.
• Searching and gathering content from the bid library.

To be considered for the position the following is required:

• Previous experience within professional services.
• High competency in IT packages.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Effective relationship builder.
• Degree educated in English Language/ Literature/Journalism/Writing will be considered an advantage.
