Technical Operations Co-Ordinator

A large global Practice are in need of a Technical Operations Co-ordinator to join their growing them.
You will be instrumental in ensuring business processes across the firm are as streamlined and efficient as they can be. You will be part of a team that supports the business in meeting various key objectives, including digital transformation.

Key responsibilities:

  • Your primary role will be to manage all processes that fall with the Technical Operations Team. Management of these processes includes the following:
    • maintaining and monitoring processes
    • preparing the necessary materials for any updates that are required
    • organising the release of each process
    • ensuring the process is completed by the required deadline
  • You will be required to work closely with our technical staff throughout the delivery of the processes in order to identify requirements and needs
  • You will work closely with the Technical Operations Manager to generate new ideas on how
    to improve our current and new processes being launched


  • Advanced Microsoft Software Experience Desired - Powerpoint, Visio etc
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Great analytical skills
  • Able to work in a team but most importantly independently when required
