A leading accountancy and business advisory firm is seeking a Tax Administrator to support the efficient running of its tax department. This role involves managing administrative processes, ensuring data accuracy, and delivering excellent service to clients and colleagues.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the first point of contact for enquiries
- Manage incoming/outgoing correspondence and calls
- Organise meetings and maintain departmental supplies
- Prepare and update documents using Microsoft Office
- Handle printing, scanning, and document management
- Assist with diary management and scheduling
- Maintain practice management systems and client records
- Support onboarding, invoicing, and compliance processes
- Prepare client packs and proofread documents
- Contribute to team projects and initiatives
Candidate Profile:
- Strong organisational skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience in a similar role within an accountancy practice (desirable)
- Familiarity with compliance requirements and internal processes
