We are working with a global Law Firm to support them with a Senior/ClientRelationship Manager position within their London team on a permananet basis.
The role is highly international in scope, with responsibility for client and business development in all markets outside of the US (where an equivalent Senior Manager leads the US team). The sector includes Energy (Clean Energy & Sustainability, Oil & Gas, Power Transmission), Water, Transport (Rail, Roads, Airports, Ports) and Social Infrastructure.
Clients: take a lead role on the client strategy, including taking personal ownership of a portfolio of priority accounts to develop with the client partners. This will include client-facing roles and collaborating with practice group, international marketing and pitch team colleagues in developing some of the firms most important international relationships.
Stakeholder management: working closely with the international head of Energy & Infrastructure (based in London), and the sub-sector heads on delivering the three year strategy for growth and investment across the sector, including client, market and practice strategy across the sector.
Market understanding: responsible for the identification and interpretation of market/client trends and converting them into client-facing actions, including with specific clients, and in collaborative product development with Practice Group marketing colleagues.
