Senior Revenue Controller

Ambition are supporting a London based law firm with their recruitment for a Senior Revenue Controller. This is great opportunity to join an established team, within their London office on a permanent basis. The firm also offers hybrid working and a competitive salary.

Reporting into the Revenue Manager, the key duties will include;

• Monthly WIP meetings with allocated practice areas.
• Process invoice write offs in line with the firm's policies and VAT rules.
• Assist in e-billing submissions.
• Coordinating with Revenue Assistants and Biller to ensure invoices are raised in accordance with client agreements, firm policy, HMRC and SRA rules
• Monthly Debtor meetings with allocated practice areas.
• Ensure that all cash collection targets are achieved and debt 'lock up' is minimised.
• Update the credit control status of invoices in a timely manner.
• Monitor potential client-to-bill transfers and follow up with fee earners.
• Process credit/debit card invoice payments.

Successful candidates will have previous work experience within a similar role, ideally within a law firm. Experience using Elite 3E system is advantageous.
