Senior Restructuring & Insolvency Manager

Ambition are working with a client in Central London to fill a critical vacancy for a Senior Restructuring & Insolvency Manager given their pipeline of work in London. The team are setting up another team in the office and want you as the Senior Manager to head up and grow a team beneath you.

The business have recently brought in a new Partner whose strength lies more in the restructuring and advisory work i.e. IBRs, cash flow, options, Accelerated M&A. By the very nature of it, the business need another experienced individual to lead on servicing this work as well as some of the other corporate insolvency cases in the business.

This business has consistently developed their brand and gravitas within the market - working on high profile cases you would hear about in the news.

Experience takes precedence over qualifications - CPI / JIEB and/or accountancy qualifications are certainly highly desirable but proven restructuring experience is what they're looking for.

The business is based in London but there may be opportunity to work remotely for a day or so in the week.
