Senior Proposals Executive

I am working with a top 10 accountancy firm that is looking for a Senior Proposals Executive to join their growing team.

With a minimum of three years experience in bids and tenders within a professional services firm, this position offers a unique opportunity to contribute to growth targets and ensure the highest level of proposals best practice. This role will involve working closely with the Proposals Manager to support various teams in producing top-quality proposals, with a specific focus on audit tenders within their business services division.

Key duties and responsibilities for this role include engagement in proposal planning meetings, close collaboration with the tender team, and facilitating discussions to create relevant content. You will also be responsible for maintaining proposal best practice processes, writing and editing content, and creating supporting documents for pitch presentations.

The ideal candidate for this position will possess strong written skills, impeccable attention to detail, and a proactive, organised approach. Additionally, the ability to build trust with senior staff and work effectively within a team is crucial.
