Senior Marketing & Communications Manager

We are working on an exciting Senior Marketing Manager post, at a highly innovative and collegiate law firm. You will be the main point of contact for the firms marketing function reporting into the overall Head, within the team setup you will also have junior support and line management responsibilities. The firm is full service but is a market leader across several interesting sectors most notably the technology space.

We will be looking to engage experienced marcomms professionals from within the Legal sector and across the wider professional services space. We are also able to offer the role with a degree of flexibility on location as long as that individual is happy to be in London 2 days per week and as & when the role requires you to do so.

Core aspects of the role include.

• Take a proactive role in being a brand champion for the firm, ensuring that the firms brand positioning in specific markets & also the whole firmwide brand positioning from a client attraction perspective.
• Work in tandem with BD colleagues to put together engaging and thought-provoking campaigns, you will need to show the adaptability to differentiate the campaign approaches by specific sectors.
• Form a key part of the Marketing & BD leadership team, taking a proactive role in firmwide management decisions and strategy across the international space. You will also be seen as a mentor to more junior members of the Marketing & BD teams.
• You will also work with the Events manager to put together an events strategy with a commercial view point.
