Senior BD & Marketing Executive - £48k max

A great opportunity has arisen to work for a boutique London law firm to join as Senior BD & Marketing Executive. With a strong marketing and BD focus at board level within the firm you'll be working closely with the COO as well as the marketing partner for the firm to support partners across the sector groups to develop their business development strategies and marketing plans.

As Senior BD & Marketing Executive, duties will include:

• Attending practice group marketing meetings to support and provide ideas on strategies and initiatives
• Managing the pitch process from initial stages through to final stages providing advise on content and structure
• Working with partners to support with the drafting and implementation of business plans
• Managing the firms CRM system and promoting best practice
• Drafting marketing collateral and producing client communications
• Coordinating the Business Development newsletter
• Supporting with the coordination of client events and seminars, virtually and in person
• Running the annual directories submissions process
• Promoting the firms digital marketing activities, such as Instagram, LinkedIn and the firms website ensuring they are reaching their target audience

What's needed:

• Previous legal BD & Marketing experience
• Experience of running pitch processes
• Ability to work with partners and build strong relationships
