Senior Internal Communications Manager

A global law firm is looking to recruit a Senior Internal Communications Manager to head up the firm's global internal communications development from London.

You will be managing a team of four and reporting to the Head of Communication & Brand with a dotted line to the CEO.This is a rare opportunity to join an established and high performing team and a great time to join as the firm have several global transformation projects in the pipeline

-Develop the strategy and deliver, communications that support the firm's vision, values and strategy.

-Operate as an integral member and ambassador of the Central Communications team, influencing senior stakeholders on best practice and supporting key projects business-wide, as well as everyday communications.

-Help to improve and drive employee engagement, working across Communications, HR, senior leadership and wider, consulting on, developing and implementing holistic internal communications strategies.

-Refine and maintain an effective communications infrastructure of tools and channels that enable flexible, agile and creative communication.

-Build relationships and navigate the business adeptly to source stories and content that demonstrate our strategy in action.

About you:

-Operating at senior manager level

- Have experience of heading up a global internal communication function.

-Have ideally managed a team.

-Come from professional services; legal, accountancy, real estate, consultancy

-The firm is looking for a senior manager with the gravitas and expertise to win the confidence of the leadership team and with the ability and motivation to deliver and drive the highest standards
