Senior Internal Communications Executive

We are partnering with a leading international law firm to recruit an Internal Communications Senior Executive to join their wider communications and marketing team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a communications professional with a passion for change and employee engagement to make a real impact across the firm.

The Role

This role supports the delivery of strategic internal communications across firmwide change programmes, including cultural transformation, operational improvements, and technology adoption. Key responsibilities include:

• Supporting communication planning and stakeholder mapping for change projects
• Creating compelling messaging across internal channels (email, newsletters, intranet)
• Collaborating with project managers to embed communications into transformation plans
• Managing internal platforms including SharePoint, Vuture, and App Space
• Coordinating logistics for video content and hybrid events
• Gathering and analysing employee feedback to refine messaging and improve engagement
• Developing case studies and campaign assets with the in-house design team
• Maintaining the internal communications calendar and supporting leadership messaging

About You

We're looking for someone with:

• 3+ years' experience in internal communications, ideally within a law firm or professional services
• Experience supporting change-related projects
• Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills
• Confidence working across international, matrixed environments
• Familiarity with SharePoint and email marketing platforms (Vuture)
• Excellent organisational skills and stakeholder management
• A proactive, creative mindset and collaborative approach
