Senior CRM Executive

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior CRM Systems Executive to join a prestigious international law firm. This role is pivotal in supporting the firm's global CRM strategy and ensuring the successful rollout of their new system in 2025.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the Global CRM Manager and key stakeholders on the CRM system upgrade.
• Promote and train users on the new CRM system, including fee earners and PAs.
• Manage CRM data integrity and oversee the CRM inbox for queries.
• Support e-marketing campaigns and ensure GDPR compliance.
• Provide regular and ad hoc reports from the CRM system.

Essential Skills and Experience:

• Minimum of four years' experience with CRM systems, preferably InterAction.
• Strong understanding of business development strategies within professional services.
• Excellent data analysis and reporting skills.
• Proven ability to train and influence diverse user groups.

Desirable Skills:

• Experience with Power Bi and Vuture.
• Intermediate Excel skills.
