Senior Corporate Tax Director

We have been appointed to support a well established accountancy practice grow out their business further with the hire of a seasoned Corporate Tax Director with ambitions to move into a partner role within the next 12-18 months.

• Advisory Role:
• Advise on tax implications of business decisions.
• Provide insightful guidance to influence the firm's strategic direction.
• Leadership and Mentorship:
• Lead the tax department.
• Foster an environment of continuous learning and professional development.
• Mentor a team of adept tax professionals, nurturing their growth and enhancing their expertise in complex tax matters.

• Collaboration:

• Work closely with senior stakeholders.
• Identify tax planning opportunities and mitigate potential risks.
• Enhance the firm's reputation for tax efficiency and compliance.
• Support clients' aspirations for fiscal prudence and business success.

• Qualifications:
  
  
  • Hold a qualification from a recognised professional body (ACA, ACCA, CTA, or equivalent).
  • Substantial experience in a similar capacity, preferably within a top-tier accountancy practice.
  • Demonstrable history of managing successful teams and delivering strategic tax initiatives.
