Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement client development strategies to strengthen relationships and drive growth.
  • Lead on pitches, proposals, and client presentations, ensuring best-in-class delivery.
  • Identify cross-selling opportunities and support sector-led initiatives across the firm.
  • Manage profile-raising activities, including events, thought leadership, and targeted campaigns.
  • Provide strategic advice to partners on client targeting and market positioning.
  • Collaborate with partners on high-profile projects, bespoke campaigns, and client engagement programmes that make a real difference.

What's needed:

  • Strong BD experience within professional services, ideally with exposure to Private Client or related sectors.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills and the ability to influence at senior level.
  • A proactive, strategic thinker with a hands-on approach to execution.
