Senior Business Development Specialist

I'm working with a leading international law firm to recruit a Senior Business Development Specialist to join their London office. This is a key role supporting the European BD efforts of the Asset Management and Tax practices.

The successful candidate will work closely with senior stakeholders across the business to deliver strategic BD initiatives, manage pitches and proposals, coordinate client development activities, and support international law firm relationships. You'll also contribute to thought leadership campaigns, events, and profile-raising projects.

This is a hybrid role requiring three days per week in the office. It offers the opportunity to lead on high-impact projects and collaborate with a dynamic, international team.

Key requirements:

• Experience in business development within a professional services environment (ideally legal)
• Strong project management, communication, and writing skills
• Commercially minded with a proactive, solutions-focused approach
