Senior Business Development Manager - Private Equity

Reporting into the Associate Director of BD this role offers the chance to work with market-leading partners, develop innovative business strategies, and lead the charge in client acquisition and relationship development. You'll be at the forefront of shaping the firm's approach to business development and marketing, ensuring visibility and presence in key markets.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement BD strategy: Collaborate with market-leading partners to drive the development and execution of the business development strategy.

Identify growth opportunities: Proactively seek opportunities to expand and diversify the practice offerings, staying ahead of market trends and competitors.

Lead pitching and proposals: Oversee all pitching opportunities, crafting compelling responses that highlight the firm's key selling points and secure new mandates.

Drive client acquisition: Focus on new client acquisition initiatives, identifying targets, and implementing action plans to build and maintain client relationships.

Essential Skills:

Significant experience in business development and marketing

Interpersonal and communication skills: Demonstrates strong verbal and written communication abilities, essential for building relationships and leading teams.

Analytical and organisational abilities: Exhibits excellent analytical skills and the ability to organise and prioritise multiple projects effectively.

Leadership experience: Proven experience in leading and supervising teams, with the ability to inspire and manage others.

Project management: Capable of handling multiple projects and shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment.
