Senior Business Development Manager - Energy & Industrials (UK) - 12 MONTHS FTC
This senior role sits at the heart of a fast‑growing Energy practice, with additional responsibility for Industrials and Manufacturing. The Senior Business Development Manager will play a key role in driving international growth, shaping market strategy and strengthening a top‑tier reputation across energy, utilities, oil & gas, power and energy‑related industries, alongside aerospace, defence and automotive.
Working closely with sector leadership, partners and client relationship teams, the role focuses on identifying growth opportunities, building strategic plans and translating them into commercial results. The remit includes leading major bids, managing high‑value client relationships, developing and delivering campaigns, and embedding a strong sales culture across the sector.
The role also has line management responsibility for a small, high‑performing BD team and works in close partnership with senior stakeholders across BD, marketing, PR, finance and HR.
The ideal candidate will bring:
