Senior Business Development Manager - Corporate

We are working with an established US law firm to add a senior headcount to their team covering the Corporate practice area, the role will be reporting straight into the BD Director and will be one of the senior leadership roles within the global BD team. We feel the role is an excellent opportunity to take on a high-profile role within a renowned Legal brand, working in a decent size team with global scope.

Key aspects of the role include;

• Coordinating and developing the Corporate BD strategy, prioritising progressing the client growth strategy.
• Run research projects to keep the corporate group updated on relevant market information and trends.
• Identify opportunities for relevant marketing content for thought leadership and marketing content pieces.
• Manage the high-profile pitch and bid process relevant to the corporate group.

Due to the seniority of the role we would be looking to engage experienced Legal business development professionals who have a real understanding of the corporate area, ideally someone who can demonstrate prior experience at senior management & having lead a practice group previously. Experience of operating on an international scale would also be beneficial but is not considered essential, US law firm experience would be an added bonus.
