Senior Business Development Manager - Consumer & Retail

We are working with a global law firm to bring in a Senior Business Development Manager to cover their Consumer & Retail sector. The role has an international scope to it and is working across a sector that has a diverse portfolio of clients ensuring that the role has a lot of depth to it. We would be looking to engage current BD Managers and Senior Managers who find the sector interesting, prior experience of operating within it would be advantageous but by no means essential.

Core aspects of the role;

• Work as key strategic advisor/consultant to the international sector partners, working across a number of sub groups to advise the partnership on the positioning of the firm in specific industry markets.
• Take the lead on the EMEA BD strategy for the group, you will also be working with US colleagues on the global approach for the Consumer & Retail sector.
• Develop and build upon the key client's programme for the sector, you will also take charge in leading the relationships with potential new clients of the firm, in order to help facilitate growth for the sector.
• Advise and implement a structured marketing campaign programme, to enhance the firms brand reputation in the market.

We would welcome applications for individuals currently operating within the Legal sector and individuals in wider professional services. We are also open to positioning the role outside of London, in other UK locations and also Continental Europe.
