Senior Business Development & Marketing Manager

A leading international law firm is looking for a Senior BD & Marketing Manager to drive strategic business development initiatives across its global arbitration and disputes practice.

The Role

• Lead and deliver firmwide BD strategy with the BD Director.
• Manage and develop a high-performing BD team.
• Drive client development programmes and new client targeting.
• Work directly with partners on personalised BD plans.
• Lead integrated marketing activity: thought leadership, campaigns, events, directories, and more.
• Contribute to improvements in BD operations, systems, and processes.

About You

• Significant BD experience in a law firm (international disputes exposure is a plus).
• Strong stakeholder management skills with experience working closely with partners.
• Confident team leader with excellent communication and attention to detail.
• Hands-on, proactive mindset in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to travel internationally.
