Senior Business Development Manager 12-month FTC

Ambition is seeking a Senior Business Development Manager on a 12-month FTC. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in taking on multifaceted responsibilities to ensure the success and growth of the financial services team of a leading progressive global law firm. The primary duties involve close collaboration with key practice and industry partners to formulate and implement strategic plans. As a vital member of the Finance, Funds and Restructuring team, the Senior BDM contributes to shaping and achieving overarching objectives. Additionally, the Senior BDM takes charge of executing and supporting strategically important pursuits.

As a Senior Business Development Manager, you will be involved in several exciting projects including:

  • Develop the BD strategy to maximise opportunities.
  • Manage and support the entire opportunity pursuit process.
  • Develop and implement integrated profile-raising campaigns.
  • Support Client Relationship Partners to develop and execute client account plans.
  • Provide market information and analysis of financials to identify trends and opportunities.

To be considered for the position the following is required:

  • Previous experience in a professional services BD environment.
  • Demonstrated leadership experience for both coaching teams and managing major projects.
  • Commercial awareness.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication.
  • Ability to build positive and collaborative working relationships.
