Senior BD Specialist - Paris

We are working with a prestigious international law firm to find a talented Business Development Specialist to join their Paris office. This is a fantastic opportunity to contribute to high-impact initiatives across key practice areas and client sectors, working closely with senior stakeholders in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in supporting the firm's strategic growth objectives, coordinating marketing efforts, and enhancing client engagement. You'll be part of a global business development team, helping to shape the firm's presence in the French and international legal markets. Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and draft RFPs, capability statements, and proposal documents, including panel submissions.
• Manage directory submissions (Chambers, Legal 500, French directories) and maintain internal reporting systems.
• Support planning and execution of client events, including logistics and marketing materials.
• Develop marketing collateral such as thought leadership pieces, client alerts, and presentations.
• Launch and support the Paris office's key client programme and CRM initiatives.

Our client is looking for someone with proven experience in a professional services BD role, ideally within the legal sector, and a strong track record of delivering results in a fast-paced, international environment. Full working proficiency in both French & English is essential.
