This role will take charge of marketing and business development initiatives in support of the Employment and Dispute Resolution departments and several of our industry sector teams (e.g. Construction & Engineering, Education, Food & Drink, Transport & Logistics and Charities & Not-for-Profit). The postholder will work closely with fee earners to help build client relationships, raise practice profiles and drive strategic growth across key areas of the firm's business. This role demands both strategic thinking and hands-on delivery, within a fast-paced professional services environment where collaboration and responsiveness are core to success. Formal professional services / legal sector experience is essential, with demonstrated experience in delivering business growth activity |
