Sector Marketing Manager

Are you a passionate and motivated marketing professional with experience in the property, construction, or engineering sectors? I have an exciting opportunity for a Sector Marketing Manger to join a leading firm.

Role Overview: As part of the sales and marketing team, you will be responsible for generating work-winning opportunities through ongoing profile raising and multi-channel campaigns, aligned to designated business sectors and/or services nationwide. This role will be aligned to specific sectors and services, but these may change in line with business needs and market opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify prospective clients or growth areas in conjunction with sector and/or service leads.
• Set up meetings to further new business opportunities with prospects as appropriate.
• Design, develop, and manage lead-generating campaigns and strategies.
• Work with other service/sector marketing managers to identify opportunities for wider cross-selling and sales and marketing solutions.
• Write and deliver solution-focused messages based on sector/service strengths and success stories.
• Manage social media requirements, including website and social media posts.
• Organise trade events, conferences, and networking opportunities.
• Support the bid team during bid submissions.
• Develop collateral within brand guideline templates.
• Maintain the quality and relevance of data within the CRM system.

Person Specification:

• Experience in a marketing role within the construction, property, or engineering consultancy environment.
• Exceptional writing and editing skills with the ability to present key messages concisely.
• High level of attention to detail with initiative, commitment, and flexibility.
• Proficiency in PowerPoint, Photoshop, and InDesign (Adobe InDesign skills would be an advantage).
• Experience using a CRM system.
