With over 30 years of recruitment experience within the UK, Ambition London are now on the hunt for an experienced Sales Support Administrator to join and play a pivotal part in supporting the growing A team.

The role:

As the successful Sales Support Administrator, you will be involved in a broad range of duties. This varies between supporting the consultants, working alongside the marketing and operations team and assisting the finance team too.

Some of your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

*Generating weekly reports for managers

*Collation of temp contract information, creation of contract, sending out for onboarding information and coordination with finance to ensure the candidate is set up for start

*Maintaining the market insights list/mailer lists

*Responsible for sending out the temp starters/leavers report, chasing consultants as required

*Ad hoc reporting for team and management as required

*Formatting jobs on the website

*Internal marketing helps e.g., formatting PowerPoints, creating banners for internal events etc

*Helping to organise internal employee events

*Monitoring the info, events, and recruitment mailbox

*Answering the main phoneline and directing calls accordingly

*Ad hoc data cleansing projects on Bullhorn (our CRM system)

*Compliance checks for candidate registered to Bullhorn

*Compliance documents for all placements (Offer and Acceptance emails)

We're looking for:

*A true team player with a flexible approach to all aspects of the role and the needs of the team

*Proficient knowledge in Microsoft Office, particularly Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint

*Excellent writing and verbal communication skills

*An individual who is highly organised and proven experience in efficient time management
