Revenue Manager

New Revenue Manager position available in top US law firm.

Are the Revenue Manager, you will be a high profile and highly visible business-partner, using and applying your experience and understanding of billing and collections best practices and procedures to lead a well-established team in the London office.

You will be an integral part of the leadership team and will work closely with Partners and staff, building relationships to iterate the design and implementation of the Office revenue lifecycle, to support financial goals and objectives.

Other key responsibilities include:

  • Designing and implementing effective and efficient revenue management processes for the London Office, supporting the Office Manager Partner, the Finance Committee, Director of Administration and Regional Billing Manager - Europe & Middle East.
  • Managing and developing the team of Revenue Management staff in London, liaising with support from other offices.
  • Organizing, assigning, delegating and coordinating the work of the staff to ensure team and office objectives are met in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Providing innovative solutions to improve the management, engagement in and performance of the Revenue Lifecycle. Including partnership with the Global team in developing best practice standards to improve office-wide collection cycle.
  • Developing and maintaining internal relationships with Partners, the finance committee and attorneys to identify and communicate departmental targets.

Skills& Experience needed include:

  • Complex legal billing experience including experience in managing a team of biller/revenue professionals
  • Strong knowledge of e-Billing, Elite 3E, Chrome River and Intapp experience will also be helpful.
  • Strong relationship and communication skills are really important - someone who can liaise with the partners and finance committee to advise and guide them as well as leading the immediate team.
  • Will need to be a good team leader /motivator and must be happy to "roll your sleeves up" and get stuck in at busy periods in the year - lead by example.
