Revenue Manager position now available in leading US law firm in their London team.

As the Revenue Manager you will lead the billing and collections effort process in Europe and Asia. This position consults with the European Accounting Managers to minimise outstanding collection balances and account aging.

Specific duties include:

  • Collaborate with US offices to respond to and resolve billing and collection issues.
  • Weekly meetings (virtually) with Europe Accounting Managers to discuss initiatives.
  • Support Firm-wide billing and collection projects such as the Firm wide grid effort.
  • Present financial summaries at a granular level of each offices' inventory to senior US Management, Practice Group Directors and Practice Group Leaders. Attend monthly Practice Group Director Meetings to provide insight from an international perspective.
  • Develop methods, procedures and policies to enhance the financial performance of international offices in collaboration with the U.S.
  • Lead billing and collection management software deployment and training.
  • Analysis, maintenance and improvements to individual office performance for billing, collection and inventory management.
  • Maintain extensive knowledge of all significant balances at Partner and office level to report on and analyse the effects as to the short and long-term financial goals of each office.
  • Present office performance reports, including deadlines and statuses, to assigned International Office Heads.
  • Notify Partners regarding delinquent accounts and respond as directed. Offer sound counsel and advice on how to resolve such issues.
  • Present office financial summaries to Accounting Managers in the international offices in monthly meetings to manage and improve metrics in each office.

This role does not have any direct reports so no people management experience is required but applicants will need to have worked in a Senior/ Head of Revenue position for a global law firm previously.
