Revenue Controller

I am supporting one of our close, International Law Firm clients with the recruitment of a Revenue Controller on a fixed term basis of 12 months.

Key Duties:

  • Support delivery of targets in the working capital cycle, including WIP conversion and cash collection

  • Manage WIP and debt, liaising with clients, partners, and fee earners

  • Coordinate billing and credit control for allocated partners

  • Handle client queries on invoiced fees and accruals

  • Manage complex billing requirements, including multi-jurisdiction and e-Billing

  • Monitor Global Shared Services team performance against SLAs and KPIs

  • Provide commercial finance insight and guidance to stakeholders

  • Analyze P&L performance and highlight areas for improvement

  • Develop networking and business research

  • Support P&L budget and forecast setting for practice groups

  • Collaborate with Finance and Business Services teams to ensure service delivery

  • Support Finance projects and champion continuous improvement

Key Requirements:

  • Experience in business partnering and data-driven analysis in a professional services firm

  • Knowledge of the legal market, products, and services

  • Experience in a matrix structure and Global Shared Services environment

  • Clear communication skills at all levels
