Restructuring Senior Manager

Despite coming to the end of 2020, Ambition have just been assigned on another role with one of our larger clients who are looking for an insolvency & restructuring professional to join their team in London at the Senior Manager / Associate Director grade.

As a Senior Manager, you will be working on financial restructuring, corporate insovlency and debt advisory within a sector-agnostic space on big-ticket assignments; therefore working with a wide range of stakeholders and businesses.

Your would would include but not be limited to:-

- Independent Business Reviews

- Pre Lend reviews

- Short Term Cash Flow

- Contingency Planning

- Options

- Debt Raising

- Trading Administrations

- CVAs

Full spectrum of work, which of course would make you a well-rounded restructuring professional working on some of the most commercial and high profile projects.

To be considered for this opportunity, you need to be either a qualified accountant and/or JIEB qualified. Proven insolvency and financial restructuring experience. It is not a pre-requisite that your skills are in equal measure, you can have a slight strength towards one as long as there is experience in both. Of course, you need to have operated at least as an experienced Manager.
