Restructuring Senior Associate - Investment Firm

Ambition are sourcing a role with an investment firm that specialise in the distressed opportunities as they want someone with a Restructuring / insolvency background to join the team.

The firm are currently in the process of raising another fund whilst maintainingly a healthy pipeline of asset - backed opportunities.

As a Restructuring Senior Associate, you'll be responsible for the oversight and day-to-day management of complex assets, trading entities as well as restructuring. The role is varied and would give a professoinal a great opportunity to utilise their more traditional restructuring experinece outside of a role.

In order to be considered for this role, you need to be a qualified accountant and have strong insolvency / restructuring skills including corporate insolvencies and IBR experience.
