Restructuring Manager - Southern Region

Ambition are working with a highly regarded organisation who have an opportunity for an experienced insolvency professional who is looking for a Restructuring Manager role. The client has a few offices in the Southern region, so you could be stationed in any one of those depending on what location works best for you i.e. Cardiff, Southampton, Bristol or Reading.

Your duties would be focused around managing a portfoio of insolvency cases but you would also be responsible for the managerial responsibilities i.e. compliance, billing of cases, budgeting, and of course, compliance.

Due to the technical / high-profile nature of the work, there would also be the requirement for the Manager to handle advisory assignments, so you would need to be a qualified Accountant.

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

- Managing engagements from cradle-to-grave, primarily corporate i.e. Trading Administrations, Liquidations etc.

- Handling statutory requirements

- Responsiblity for management and development of people in your team

- Detailed financial analysis

- Short-trm cash flow reviews and pre-lend reports

- Independent Business Reviews (IBRs)

In order to be considered for the role, you must have direct experience within insolvency i.e. at least 3-4 years experience, particularly within Corporate Insolvency and advisory engagements. You would also need to be a qualified Accountant base on the nature of the work.
