Restructuring Associate Director
One of our clients is expecting a large uptake in work in the next few months and accordingly is looking to add to their team with at least one Restructuring Associate Director to join their Restructuring & insolvency team in London.
As a Restructuring Associate Director, you'll be able to work in a number of their sector specialisms including Automotive, Corporate, Real Estate, Financial Services, Healthcare, ABLs and more.
The firm has a reputation for working on some of the most complex financial restructurings in recent times. The firm regularly pitch and win against some of the other large players in the insolvency / restructuring world and have certainly established themselves in the upper Mid-Market space. Culturally, this is a firm that wants "team players" as opposed to "mavericks" and pride themselves on the fact that they can develop well-rounded, curious restructuring professionals. This is a business that is keen to grow their staffs capability and breed restructuring leaders. For the vast majority, this would be considered a very welcoming and exciting place to work with ample opportunity.
As a Restructuring Associate Director, you'd be working on insolvency appointments (i.e. administrations, including pre-pack and trading, Liquidations), Accelerated M&A, Independent Business Reviews (IBRs), cash flow work, contingency planning and more.
At this level, you'll be reporting directly to the lead partner and be responsible for a team. To be considered for this role, you need to be proficient at either insolvency or advisory experience and be willing to get involved in both. You need to be either a Qualified Accountant or JIEB-qualified.
