Restructuring and Insolvency Associate Director

This team has played a key role in some of the highest-profile restructuring and insolvency mandates in the financial services space in recent years. As part of the team, you'll work across a diverse range of projects, from advising distressed businesses to managing complex formal insolvency appointments.
Role Highlights
Advise clients on a wide range of restructuring matters, including independant business reviews, cash flow reviews, accelerated sale processes, contingency planning and execution of insolvency appointments (including pre-pack administrations).
Work closely with financial services clients, helping them navigate challenging and high-profile situations.
Lead teams on engagements and support the development of junior staff.
Collaborate within a supportive, inclusive, and high-performing team.

Requirements
Qualified accountant (ACA / ACCA or equivalent).
Experience of working across a range of restructuring/insolvency projects including: independent business reviews, short-term cash flow reviews, accelerated sales processes, contingency planning and execution of insolvency appointments (including pre-packaged administration appointments).
Experience of leading teams on restructuring & insolvency projects
