Restructuring Advisory Manager (Leeds)

I'm working with a leading top‑10 accountancy and advisory practice is looking to appoint a Manager‑level professional to join its Leeds Restructuring Advisory team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to focus on advisory‑led restructuring work rather than process‑driven insolvency.

What You'll Work On

You'll be involved in a broad range of restructuring advisory assignments, including:

  • Independent Business Reviews (IBRs)
  • Cashflow management and liquidity planning
  • Accelerated M&A and distressed transactions
  • Debt advisory and stakeholder negotiations
  • Exposure to complex, high‑profile administrations (where appropriate)

The role is predominantly advisory‑focused, with opportunities to work on both Leeds‑led and London‑facing mandates.

Who They're Looking For

  • Qualified accountant (ACA / ACCA / CIMA) or CPI / JIEB qualified
  • Experience within a recognised Restructuring or Advisory team
  • Strong financial analysis and commercial thinking skills
  • Comfortable managing multiple workstreams and stakeholders
  • Experience coaching or mentoring junior staff
  • Leeds‑based or genuinely committed to working in Leeds
