Senior Recruitment Consultant - BD, Marketing & Communications

We are positioned at the forefront of professional services recruitment within finance & accounting, business development, marketing & communications, business advisory and business support.

The Role

Our Business Development, Marketing and Communications team have a strong reputation and a proven track record in placing candidates across the Professional Services sector. This position sits within our Legal team and you will be taking over a hot desk, inheriting an established portfolio of clients that we have worked with for a number of years.

The Team

The team is made up of experienced, highly-collaborative recruiters, who are experts across the BD, Marketing and Communications field. We're seeking a strong team player to join us; someone who wants to build a lasting career in recruitment and establish yourself within one of the most successful teams here in the London office.

The ideal candidate

• 3-5 years' of experience in agency recruitment preferred
• Proven experience in recruiting for BD and/or Marketing and/or Communications roles
• A proven ability to maintain strong relationships with multiple accounts
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
