R&D Tax Manager

R&D Tax Manager - Cardiff - up to £45,000

Ambition have partnered with an ambitious firm that has experienced year on year growth since its inception and have been announced as finalists for two Finance Awards. We are looking for a driven individual who has the ambition to push boundaries and grow with the business.

The Role

• Preparation, review and submission of robust R&D tax credit claims for a wide variety of clients

• Total management and autonomy of your own client portfolio

• Management of overall client engagement, communicating with clients and stakeholders throughout the entire claim process

• Leading client meetings and being responsible for extracting the key information required to prepare the claim

• Management of R&D tax team including mentoring and training

• Opportunity to partake in business development activities
