R&D Tax Assistant Manager/Manager - North West England - up to £52,000

A brand new and exciting opportunity has arisen to work within in a large and growing specialist R&D Tax Team within the North West Region. This role will give you the autonomy and opportunity to play a crucial part in continuing to grow out the team and having a genuine say in how they do this.

The R&D Tax Team work with companies across all sectors, including financial services, manufacturing and software to name a few. The variety of projects will help challenge you every day and develop your skillset on a regular basis, your responsibilities will include but not be limited to:

• Develop claim methodologies and preparing R&D tax relief claims for submission to HMRC.
• To meet with clients and potential clients across to explain our services.
• Coordinating and leading interviews with clients' technical and finance teams to advise on the R&D tax relief and to assist with identification of qualifying R&D activities and expenditure.

What you need?

• Ideally you will have a relevant accounting/tax qualification
• A thorough understanding of the UK's R&D Tax Incentives
• Experience in preparing and submitting R&D Tax relief claims across a plethora of sectors
