Pursuit Advisor

We are working with a highly respected global law firm to recruit a Pursuits Advisor for their dynamic Business Development team. This is an exciting opportunity to join a collaborative, forward-thinking environment where you'll play a key role in driving growth through compelling pitch strategies.

As a Pursuits Advisor, you'll be at the heart of the firm's client-winning efforts. You will:

• Lead or support the creation of persuasive pitch documents and presentations for local, global, and panel opportunities.
• Manage the pitch process end-to-end, ensuring deadlines are met and stakeholders are engaged.
• Add value by identifying differentiators and crafting tailored, client-focused responses that improve win rates.
• Collaborate with BD, Key Relationship Management, and Client Services teams to integrate research, competitor analysis, and industry insights into pursuit strategies.
• Contribute to global best practice in pitching, including persuasive writing and commercial responses.

• Experience in pursuits, pitching, or business development within professional services (legal sector experience is a plus).
• Strong project management skills with the ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders under tight deadlines.
• Excellent written communication and storytelling ability.
• Commercial awareness and a proactive approach to identifying opportunities.
• Collaborative mindset and ability to build relationships across teams.
